Conduct thorough consultations with clients and make appropriate referrals to outside agencies and prepping sessions with clients for interviews with immigration judges. Supervise the work of paralegals in record-keeping and document preparation. Preparing documents in the client’s file. Managing legal documentation and correspondence confidentiality. Drafting motions, orders, judgments and status updates. Admission to the bar in the state of New York which you need to practice required. 1-2 years of experience or expertise is required. Excellent bilingual verbal communication skills between clients and attorneys required.
