Job Responsibilities:

As a Tax Attorney at **Members Only**, you will have the opportunity to:

Engage in sophisticated and challenging tax work for clients across the nation
Structure business entities and real estate investment vehicles
Assist with succession planning for closely held businesses
Utilize strong technological skills and proficiency with practice management systems and portals
Conduct thorough research using online services and databases
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Communicate effectively and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Maintain confidentiality and work independently

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
Active bar license in the state where they will be working
5+ years of professional law practice experience, preferably in private practice or in-house
. in Taxation or Estate Planning, or CPA preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to sit for extended periods of time and occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds

This position can be located in any of our offices in Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
