Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Job Responsibilities:
As a Contracts Administrator for the company, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and overseeing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from preparation to execution. Your primary functions and responsibilities will include:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Managing contract execution processes to ensure all terms and conditions are adhered to.
- Tracking and maintaining records of contract milestones, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Providing guidance to internal departments on contract-related matters.

- Ensuring that insurance certificates are properly reviewed, recorded, and tracked as part of the contract execution process.
- Ensuring all contracts comply with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
- Providing risk management support by identifying potential risks within contracts and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Assisting with audits and investigations to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Acting as a liaison between legal, finance, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth contract administration and implementation.
- Coordinating with external parties, such as clients, vendors, and legal representatives, to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
- Providing administrative support with other projects as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is required.
- Paralegal certification is preferred.
- Experience as a paralegal with a proven track record of managing complex contracts and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements is essential.
- Experience with project management tools or software is beneficial.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and claims processing is important.
- Familiarity with risk management strategies and compliance requirements is necessary.
