We are seeking a Federal Tax Manager to join our dynamic FSO team and help us solve complex challenges in the financial services industry.

The Opportunity:

As a Manager in our FSO Tax Banking and Capital Markets practice, you will lead engagements with multinational financial institutions, develop tax technical positions, and build relationships with clients. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and coach younger members of the firm, oversee engagement economics, and identify opportunities for improvements in operating efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead engagements with multinational financial institutions
- Mentor and coach younger members of the firm
- Oversee engagement economics
- Identify opportunities for improvements in operating efficiencies
- Develop tax technical positions

Skills and Attributes:

- Strong knowledge of relevant sections of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations
- Ability to synthesize information quickly and resolve issues efficiently
- Familiarity with tax compliance forms and regulations
- CPA or licensed Attorney (or ability to achieve either within one year)
- Minimum of 5 years of Tax experience
