Job Title: Senior Vice-President, General Counsel - Legal

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Legal Guidance: Provide legal advice on matters affecting the company's business strategy, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Contract Review and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with vendors, clients, and partners.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all applicable industry laws and regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify and develop strategies to mitigate potential legal risks.
- Legal Team Management: Oversee the legal team, including hiring, training, and development.
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Represent the company in legal proceedings or coordinate with external counsel.
- Business Partner: Collaborate closely with business units to provide legal advice and support.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 10 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years as General Counsel, focusing on commercial, corporate, and operational matters in a highly regulated industry.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven track record in advising business units on commercial and corporate needs and the regulatory impact.
- Experience in enhancing legal service efficiencies for internal customers.
- Experience with legal technologies such as advanced contract management systems.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional departments.
- Ability to provide proactive and strategic legal advice aligned with business objectives.
- Holistic understanding of the industry and integration of legal strategies with overall business goals.
- Proficient in effective written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in implementing operational improvements balancing legal risk management with business objectives.
- Commercially driven with a focus on stakeholder partnership.
- Thrives in fast-paced, business-centric environments typical of high-growth companies.
- Excellent self-management and organizational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of antitrust and healthcare matters in commercial agreements.
- Exceptional personal accountability and ethical standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, applicant tracking software, and other technological skills.

Salary Information:
