Responsibilities:
Conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations
Manage a caseload of personal injury cases including client communication, investigation, negotiation, and litigation
Prepare and review legal documents and pleadings
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case
Work closely with other attorneys and staff to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
Continuously update knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience handling personal injury cases, with a focus on third party auto accidents and first party no-fault cases. The attorney will also handle general negligence, premises liability, dog bite, and other similar cases.
As a Personal Injury Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases, including client communication, investigation, negotiation, and litigation. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other attorneys and staff to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
