Dykema Law Firm is currently seeking a highly motivated and talented associate with 4-7 years of experience to join our prestigious Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group in Bloomfield Hills. As a Product Liability and Class Action Litigation Associate at Dykema, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and gain experience in all aspects of case management. This includes motion practice, discovery, brief writing, preparing company witnesses for depositions, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation, and trial participation.

We are seeking candidates with defense experience in catastrophic injury cases, and those with experience in the automotive industry and e-discovery will be given preference. The role also requires strong written communication and oral advocacy skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
