Job Title: Experienced Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle juvenile law cases from intake to completion independently and efficiently.
- Manage a high volume of cases with excellent client management skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency with the Colorado e-filing system (ICCES), Microsoft Office, email, and other essential software.
- Exhibit exceptional writing skills and superior communication abilities.
- Pay strong attention to detail and work effectively as a team player.
- Show a passion for family law and commitment to delivering high-quality legal support.

Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in juvenile law or a related field is required.
- Criminal and family law experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- A Paralegal Certificate is preferred but not required.

Salary Information:
- The position offers a full-time competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
