**Members Only**, a leading law firm, is seeking a second-year law student to join our Summer Associate Program. This program offers hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced attorneys, and the opportunity to explore various areas of law. Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with attorneys on challenging, high-impact legal matters
- Engage in research, drafting memos, briefs, and other legal documents

- Attend firm events, seminars, and networking opportunities to build professional connections
