The ideal candidate will have experience in trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation, with the opportunity to work on complex commercial cases. Job Title: Senior Level Associate - Litigation (Copyright/Trademark)
Department: Litigation Practice Group
Experience: 5-7 years
Location: Palo Alto or San Francisco, California

Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation cases, including research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies such as the . Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Federal Trade Commission, and International Trade Commission
- Collaborate with partners and other team members on complex commercial litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues
- Communicate with clients and provide legal advice and guidance

Qualifications:
- Admitted to the California bar
- 5-7 years of experience in trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation
- Experience before the . Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Federal Trade Commission, and/or International Trade Commission preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Salary Information:
- Base salary for associate positions: $225,000 to $435,000, depending on class year
- Additional bonuses and benefits package
