Learning Strategies:
- Develop and implement learning strategies to support business objectives
- Guide and train employees on new systems, processes, and communication planning
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Training Delivery:
- Deliver high-quality training through multiple platforms, including in-person and virtual classrooms
- Utilize subject-matter expertise to facilitate on new and existing business applications
- Manage existing tools and resources to enhance learning experiences
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements:
- 3+ years of training/coaching experience
- 3+ years of litigation law firm experience
- Experience with Chrome River, Aderant, iManage, and Intapp programs is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in public speaking and presenting to large audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft products, particularly PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with effective time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of business systems and platforms to support daily functions
- Effectively communicate initiatives to ensure quick adoption and support
- Manage and enhance required and supplemental learning/training programs
- Identify areas of opportunity and propose solutions to increase productivity
