Paralegal Program:
- Quality work experience in preparing legal documents for cases involving child support, spousal support, and health insurance issues
- Access to networking opportunities and an overview of Court processes and procedures
- Placement areas: Family Law (Self-Help Centers, Domestic Violence Clinic, Guardianship Clinic, Toll Family Law Counseling Center with LAFLA)
- Eligibility:
- Students currently enrolled in paralegal schools, colleges, and universities throughout LA County
- Individuals who have completed a Paralegal certificate program in paralegal schools, colleges, or universities
- Interns can receive accreditation or course credit from their school or certification program (applicant's responsibility to determine eligibility)
What to Expect:
- If qualified, placed on eligibility list for up to 6 months and considered for available opportunities
- Provide a current and accurate e-mail address for communication
