H2: Essential Functions of the Office Services Clerk Position
- Provide mailroom services, including sorting, distributing, and collecting mail and parcels on a timely basis
- Assist with scheduling courier and coordinating service calls for mail/copy room equipment
- Produce copying and printing, faxing and scanning as needed
- Prepare office/workstation for new hires and maintain stock of office supplies
- Monitor and maintain general supply levels and coordinate reordering
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared office spaces
- Assist with office facilities items and vendor check requests
- Provide on-site assistance to the Information Services team
- Assist with computer equipment set-up for A/V conferencing meetings
H2: Additional Functions and Qualifications
- May assist as a back-up in front-desk operations
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of prior experience in an office support position, preferably in a law firm
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of office-related equipment and supplies
- Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain positive working relationships
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook email and the internet required
- General knowledge of office equipment and mailing services
- Ability to prioritize workload and adhere to strict confidentiality

- This job operates in a clerical, office setting
- Must be able to perform tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
