Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience practicing immigration law. The ideal candidate will not only have experience with the general practice of immigration law (family-based, removal, etc.) but, also, a focused experience in employment-based immigration, including PERM labor certification processing and non-immigrant visa processing.
