WSHB, a leading law firm in Houston, is seeking a talented attorney with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience to join its first-party property coverage practice team. This position is ideal for attorneys with a strong background in representing insurers in first-party property coverage claims.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research and writing on first-party property coverage issues
- Advising insurers on policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and litigation strategy
- Familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines
- Collaborating with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation
- Handling a diverse array of matters for domestic and international insurance carriers

Requirements:

- Admitted to the Texas Bar
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Deep understanding of first-party property coverage issues
- Prior experience in other areas such as general liability, personal injury, construction, or trucking litigation preferred
- Expertise in handling first-party property coverage claims
