Job Title: Associate - Property

Job Responsibilities:
The role of an Associate in the Property department at the law firm encompasses a broad range of litigation duties and responsibilities. Specific duties include:

- Taking depositions, arguing motions, and attending court hearings and mediations as required.
- Drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests and interrogatories, and other legal correspondence and litigation documents.
- Analyzing insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions, and providing recommendations for clients.
- Conducting complex and rigorous legal research and analysis, and drafting memoranda.
- Preparing status reports and recommendations to clients.
- Reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation.
- Working on all aspects of litigation, from the initial responsive pleading through trial.

Education and Experience:
Candidates for the Associate position should meet the following education and experience criteria:

- Must be admitted to practice in Nevada; additional admissions are considered a plus.
- Should have Discovery and Law and Motion experience.
- Must possess State and Federal court experience.
- Excellent academic credentials and work history are required.
