Associate Attorney The candidate will be drafting estate planning documents, assisting with developing plans to preserve assets against estate taxes and long term care costs, assisting with estate administration and guardianship practice, all with client interaction. Should be admitted to practice law in the State of New York (additional states, including New Jersey, a plus). Should have a Doctorate degree. Should have 2-3 years legal experience in two or more of the following areas: Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Article 81 Guardianships, Probate and Administration. Must have works well independently and as part of a team. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel, strong oral and written communication skills. Must have excellent research, writing, and time management skills, and be detailed oriented.
