Are you an experienced employment litigator looking for a new opportunity? **Members Only**, the largest global employment and labor law practice in the world, is seeking a full-time attorney with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our team as an Employment Special Counsel (EPLI Work). This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle exclusively EPLI cases for a variety of clients
- Utilize excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively represent clients
- Collaborate with a nationally recognized team of attorneys
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in state of residence
Location:
- Flexible, can be resident in the following states: California, Chicago, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, New York, Newark, Texas
Salary Information:
- Pursuant to California & New York regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $240,000, contingent on relevant experience and education
- Eligibility for performance-based bonuses
