A&M is seeking a Manager for our Transfer Pricing practice in New York, NY. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as lead on client engagements and manage day-to-day operations
- Oversee economic and financial analyses, including intellectual property valuations and intercompany transactions
- Assist with post-merger integration and provide planning and compliance transfer pricing documentation
- Conduct due diligence for strategic and corporate buyers and sellers
- Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members, while also fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Build client relationships and support group go-to-market initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Transfer Pricing experience with consulting or advisory related projects
- Prior supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, statistics, or mathematics
- CPA, Licensed Attorney, or advanced degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- Excellent communication, research, writing, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- High motivation to learn and grow
Benefits and Salary:

- Salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 annually, with potential for discretionary bonus
