Job Title: Associate - Product Liability & Mass Torts

Job Responsibilities:
Associates in the Product Liability & Mass Torts department at the law firm will be key members of trial teams managing significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits. These lawsuits are primarily for product manufacturers across various industries and often occur in challenging jurisdictions for corporate clients. The role involves working collaboratively within a team to deliver exceptional client service and to support associate development opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting thorough research, crafting well-written legal documents, and engaging in oral advocacy to effectively represent clients in tort litigation cases, which may include mass torts, product liability, and toxic or environmental torts.

Education and Experience:
Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials and have 2 to 5 years of tort litigation experience gained at a large law firm. Essential skills include strong research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities. Candidates must also have experience in mass torts, product liability, and/or toxic/environmental torts. Admission to the local bar is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Salary Information:
The anticipated full-time annualized salary range for this position is between $235,000 and $365,000. The final salary offer will depend on various factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, internal equity within the law firm, market data, job location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
