Part-time Associate Attorney - Elder Law The candidate will advise clients on all aspects of Elder Law/Medicaid planning. Prepare and advise clients on Elder Law/Estate Planning documents such as advance directives, Wills, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts. Prepare and file Medicaid home care and nursing home care applications. Handle all aspects of Estate and Trust administration including filing of probate proceedings in Surrogate's court. Provide sophisticated legal analysis and arrive at practical solutions for clients. Contribute to the growth of the firm. Maintain high levels of professional conduct and ethics. Meet regularly and communicate effectively with clients. Conduct effective legal research. Work effectively with people, including colleagues, support staff and others. Graduate of an accredited law school and a member of New York Bar is required. Should have 2+ years of experience in Elder Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
