Responsibilities:
- Manage complex litigation matters
- Draft and prepare litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions and briefs
- Oversee discovery and participate in mediation and arbitration
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and train junior associates
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- History of academic success
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Massachusetts
- 4-7 years of comparable litigation experience at a large law firm
- Strong work ethic and excellent writing skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex commercial and class action litigation matters, representing a variety of clients in state and federal jurisdictions. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of four years of sophisticated legal experience at a large law firm, who are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and have a strong commitment to excellence.
As a mid-level litigation associate at **Members Only**, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and high-profile cases, including corporate governance and shareholder suits, deal-related litigation, breach of contract, and other complex disputes. You will work closely with senior attorneys and have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in managing complex litigation matters, drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and participating in mediation and arbitration.
To be considered for this position, you must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, a history of academic success, and be admitted to practice law in the state of Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have four to seven years of comparable litigation experience at a large law firm, with a proven ability to manage complex matters, draft persuasive pleadings, and develop strong client relationships. Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
