**Members Only** is seeking an experienced Pre-litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team in Georgia. As an attorney in this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by advocating for their rights and helping them receive the compensation they deserve. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the merits of clients' Personal Injury claims by reviewing relevant records, documents, and other evidence
- Represent clients in Personal Injury cases, including hearings, trials, and appeals
- Develop and implement legal strategies to protect clients' rights and interests
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, explain legal concepts, and answer questions
- Work closely with medical and vocational experts to assess the extent of clients' injuries and impact on their ability to work
- Manage various aspects of cases, including organizing and maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with medical providers and other professionals
- Adhere to professional ethics and maintain client confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in Georgia
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, legal research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of Tennessee laws, regulations, and procedures
