Associate Attorney The candidate will join the Corporate Practice Group wherein have a particular focus on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiation matters. Must have 2+ years experience in corporate and business law. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, organization of corporations or other business entities, drafting agreements and contract revisions is preferred. Should be highly-motivated attorneys with strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills, and a passion for client service.
