Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Securitization Associate to join our global finance practice group in either our Boston or New York office. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex securitization transactions and collaborate with clients and attorneys from various disciplines within the firm.

Responsibilities of a Securitization Associate include assisting with the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of a wide range of securitization transactions, conducting due diligence and legal document review, researching and analyzing legal issues, and assisting with the preparation and review of offering materials and disclosure documents. In addition, you will have the opportunity to train and mentor junior associates within the group and stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry trends in securitization.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have 3 – 5 years of experience at a large or global law firm representing clients in structured finance and securitization transactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar are also required.
