This position is available in either our Lawrenceville, NJ or Philadelphia, PA office. We are looking for a candidate with experience in representing financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property matters.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of financial services litigation experience
- Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar
- Deposition and oral argument experience
- Court experience required
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic work attitude
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage active matters independently and work well in a team
