Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, and courtroom advocacy.

- Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and provide updates to the legal team.

Education and Experience:

- Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
- Completion of courses focused on legal research, writing, and analysis.
- Strong time management skills and ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with legal ethics and professional conduct standards.
- Proficiency in communication, client interactions, and negotiation techniques.

Compensation:

- Salary range of $66, – $120, annually, based on experience and qualifications.
