We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to take their business development skills to the next level and join a team of dedicated professionals.

Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in commercial finance transactions

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience negotiating, structuring, and documenting secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders
- Proficiency in various commercial mortgage transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, asset-based financings, and senior, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions
- Familiarity with . and international financial institutions, ranging from large banks to non-traditional lenders and other financial services institutions
- Previous involvement in providing legal advice and support to lending, finance, and investment banking/advisory clients
- Knowledge of leveraged and acquisition finance, senior and subordinated finance, and drafting and negotiating legal documents related to finance transactions

Responsibilities:
- Representing lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and institutional investors in a variety of commercial finance transactions
- Handling asset-based finance, cash flow finance, senior, mezzanine, and subordinated finance, as well as leveraged and acquisition finance
- Assisting clients in structured finance, private credit, and direct lending transactions
- Collaborating with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 10 years practicing commercial finance law

Salary: $175,000 to $450,000
