Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-7+ years of experience in wage and hour litigation. This position will focus on defending class and PAGA claims and actions in state and federal court. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting document and data reviews related to wage and hour claims, as well as preparing case evaluations and responding to discovery requests in class and PAGA matters.
The Wage and Hour Associate Attorney will also be responsible for conducting and defending depositions, as well as handling law and motion work such as moving to compel arbitration and preparing dispositive motions. Additionally, this role will involve preparing for and attending mediations, attending court hearings and status conferences, and arguing dispositive motions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with arbitration and/or trial work, as well as excellent research and writing skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.
