Job Title: IP Litigation Partner
Job Responsibilities:
The IP Litigation Partner will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of intellectual property litigation matters, with a focus on trademark, patent, and ITC (International Trade Commission) cases. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing litigation strategies for complex IP cases.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their legal needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Leading and mentoring a team of attorneys and support staff within the department.
- Maintaining and building client relationships to ensure ongoing business development and client satisfaction.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and other legal forums.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Providing strategic advice and guidance to clients on IP-related issues.
- Engaging in marketing and business development activities to grow the practice and expand the firm's client base.
Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in good standing.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a particular emphasis on trademark, patent, or ITC matters.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Preference for candidates with a portable book of business, though high-potential partners are also considered.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills are essential.
Salary Information:
Compensation for the IP Litigation Partner position is commensurate with experience, the portable book of business, and other relevant factors. The compensation package may include a performance-based bonus structure.

- This position offers flexibility in terms of location, with the possibility of being based out of any of the firm's 11 offices or remotely from another . location for the right candidate.

- The position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, operate a computer and other office equipment, and occasionally move about the office or attend in-person meetings and court proceedings.
