Job Title: Business and Transactions Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored legal strategies aligned with their business goals and needs through risk-based analysis and assessments.
- Research and interpret applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure client compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including contracts with customers, vendors, and other third parties, operating agreements, ownership and equity agreements, and employment agreements.
- Advise clients on a range of corporate legal matters, including entity selection and formation, corporate governance, and compliance.
- Provide strategic legal guidance during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions.
- Manage multiple client matters simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service and meeting deadlines.
- Supervise paralegals, staff, and team members as required.
- Be active in business development, including involvement in professional organizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant in-house and/or law firm experience as a business and transactional attorney is required; 10 years of experience is preferred.
- Must be currently licensed in Nebraska or eligible to become licensed.
- Other state licenses, especially in states within the law firm's footprint, while not required, will be considered.
- A valid driver's license is required.
