Are you a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong background in litigation? Do you have experience in federal and state court cases? **Members Only**'s Nashville office is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Manage case files and prepare for pre-trial and trial proceedings
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in the case
- Attend hearings and depositions as needed
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff members
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in federal and state court cases
- Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in Tennessee
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
