Responsibilities

• Handle depositions, hearings, and trials


• Practice motion, discovery, and pleading


• Conduct legal research and writing


• Attend court proceedings


• Represent the firm in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school


• 2-7 years of litigation experience


• Strong academic record


• Excellent research and writing skills


• Previous trial and deposition experience
