Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare necessary legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and motions.
- Prepare and respond to discovery demands.
- Review expert reports pertinent to cases.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Argue motions in court.
- Attend arbitrations.
- Assist with trial preparation.
- Familiarity with . e-courts is essential.
- Exhibit excellent legal research and brief writing skills.

Education and Experience Information:
- Two or more years of experience in personal injury and/or employment litigation.
- Must have experience working with a New Jersey law firm.

Salary Information:
- Compensation ranges from $40 to $80 per hour.
