- General Liability, Personal Injury, Product Liability, Professional Liability
H2: What You Will Bring:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Insurance Defense clients is a plus
- New York Labor Law experience is a plus
- Experience with legal writing, summarizing depositions, and trial preparation
- Ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial
H2: Required Education & Licensure:
- Juris Doctorate Degree (.)
- Active New York License (Required)
- Active New Jersey Bar Licensure, and/or ability to transfer UBE scores (Preferred)
- Multiple bar admissions is ideal, but not required

We are a Civil Litigation Defense Law Firm committed to slow and sustainable growth, creating a diverse working environment, and exceeding client expectations. Currently seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of experience in Insurance Defense to join our growing New York practice.
Responsibilities:
- Defend a variety of Insurance Defense matters including General Liability, Personal Injury, Product Liability, and Professional Liability
- Conduct legal research and writing, including motions, legal memoranda, and trial preparation
- Summarize depositions and other legal documents
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Insurance Defense clients is a plus
- New York Labor Law experience is a plus

- Active New York License (Required)
