Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a . from an ABA accredited law school and be admitted to practice in New Jersey. Admission in New York is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience arbitrating and litigating disputes, as well as strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Previous experience with construction matters is highly preferred.
Competitive Salary and Benefits
Peckar & Abramson offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. This includes 401(k) retirement plan, dental and health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
