Seeking e-Discovery Staff Attorney with 3+ years of experience managing electronic discovery projects. Candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission in the jurisdiction of resident office location or where the work is being performed. Must have extensive experience managing cases through all phases of the eDiscovery life-cycle including overseeing and documenting data preservation/collection activities, instructing project managers on processing/loading specifications, managing and participating in large-scale ESI document reviews, and supervising document production. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills (including Technology Assisted Review), as well as 3+ years working as a Staff Attorney, Litigation Associate, or in-house litigation attorney with a primary emphasis on eDiscovery are required. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) license is preferred.
