Job Title: Attorney Recruiting Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
The Attorney Recruiting Assistant at the law firm plays a vital role in supporting the Associate, Counsel, Law Student, and Virtual Office Division within the Attorney Recruiting Department. This full-time position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work arrangements for candidates residing in the Central or Mountain Time Zones. The Assistant is responsible for providing critical administrative and logistical support across all stages of the recruiting process. Key responsibilities include:

- General Administrative Support: Manage correspondence and calendars for the Midwest attorney recruiting manager and coordinator, prepare reports, respond to data requests, coordinate meetings, calls, and logistics, and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Lateral and Virtual Office Attorney Recruiting: Maintain candidate files and databases, coordinate logistics and scheduling for candidate interviews, support the onboarding process for new attorney hires, and prepare electronic evaluation packets.
- Law Student Recruiting & Entry-Level Recruiting: Support law school outreach activities, assist with On-Campus Interview logistics, provide support for recruiting events, maintain applicant tracking systems, and assist with onboarding processes.

Education and Experience Information:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for the Attorney Recruiting Assistant position. Candidates with one or two years of experience in legal recruiting, professional services, or a corporate hiring environment are also preferred. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, dependability, professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Technical skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe, as well as experience with applicant tracking systems like ViRecruit. A proactive, self-starting attitude and flexibility to work overtime during peak recruiting periods are also important.

Salary Information:
The hourly rate range for the Attorney Recruiting Assistant position is - $30 per hour. The actual base pay within this range will be determined by relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
