Job Title: Product Liability & Mass Torts Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as integral members of trial teams handling significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits for product manufacturers.
- Work across a wide spectrum of industries and in challenging jurisdictions for corporate clients.
- Collaborate within a team focused on exceptional client service and development opportunities for associates.
- Engage in tort litigation involving mass torts, product liability, and/or toxic/environmental torts.
- Conduct strong research, writing, and oral advocacy as part of the litigation process.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential.
- Must have 2 to 5 years of tort litigation experience at a large law firm.
- Local bar admission is required.

Salary Information:
- The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $235,000 to $365,000.
- Salary offers will be contingent on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

- The position is available in several locations: Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, or Washington .
