Law Firm is looking for an experienced Counsel with 5+ years of experience in general corporate/securities matters to join its Business Law section. This is an immediate opportunity for a highly qualified individual.

## Qualifications
In order to be considered for the role, applicants must have:

* 5+ years of experience in general corporate/securities matters, including drafting, negotiating and counseling clients on private placements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and corporate governance documentation
* $250K in portable business

## Benefits
