Job Title: Litigation Docket & Court Services Coordinator
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Experience: 5+ years of recent litigation experience

Law Firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Docket & Court Services Coordinator to join our team. This position, reporting to the Litigation Docket & Court Services Manager, will be responsible for maintaining the docket for the Litigation Department and providing various court-related services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and docket all assigned court filing deadlines and relevant event dates
- Review litigation documents and alert attorneys and paralegals of upcoming deadlines
- Conduct research and retrieve information from court-related databases
- Respond to requests and inquiries from attorneys and staff regarding deadlines and procedures
- Prepare and distribute weekly docket reports
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency with docketing
- Perform local, state, and federal electronic court filings
- Other docketing, e-filing, and court services duties as assigned

Requirements:
- 5+ years of recent litigation experience
- Experience with rules-based docketing software preferred
- Familiarity with multiple states and jurisdictions
- Knowledge of litigation phases and legal terminology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
- Strong communication and time management skills
