Job Title: Senior-Level Associate - Structured Finance
Job Responsibilities:
The senior-level associate will be part of the structured finance team within the department at a law firm. The primary responsibilities include representing financial institutions in various capacities such as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and purchasers. The focus is on asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions. The practice areas are high-value and market-leading, concentrating on repo finance, digital infrastructure, trade receivable finance, warehouse lending, and structured private credit facilities. The role requires participation in complex financial transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and providing expert legal advice to clients.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have at least 6+ years of experience, ideally within a large law firm setting. Experience in representing financial institutions in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions is preferred. However, candidates with general capital markets, private credit, and/or leveraged finance experience who have an interest in securitization are also encouraged to apply. The candidate should have a solid educational background, including a law degree, and must submit a resume, deal sheet, and law school transcript as part of the application process.
Salary Information:
The anticipated full-time annualized salary for this position is $390,000 or more. The salary offer will depend on various factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
