Full-Time Position at Law Firm:
- Regular full-time position at a nationally recognized, Mansfield certified litigation and trial firm
- Firm focuses on handling complex civil matters including products liability, toxic torts, commercial litigation, general liability, and transportation law
- Team approach to cases and integration with clients to protect their interests in numerous jurisdictions across the country
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously
- Monitor case filings and provide detailed assessments to attorneys
- Draft and prepare initial drafts of various pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings
- Review and evaluate discovery documents
- Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners
- Maintain accurate and timely record of billable time
