Litigation Attorney - Northern Wisconsin
Amundsen Davis Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team in either our Green Bay or Appleton office. This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. We are looking for a licensed attorney in Wisconsin with at least five to seven years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a background in financial services, creditors' rights, or bankruptcy law. Strong legal research and brief writing skills are a must, as well as excellent communication abilities and the ability to work well in a team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and talented attorney to join a dynamic and growing law firm.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs for civil litigation cases
- Handle discovery and present oral arguments in court
- Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on litigation matters
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal support staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations in the field of civil litigation

Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in the state of Wisconsin
- 5-7 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with a background in financial services, creditors' rights, or bankruptcy law
- Strong legal research and brief writing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Prior trial and appellate experience is preferred
