Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will work on debt collection and credit reporting violation cases along with some debt lawsuit defense and settlements. Will interview clients and evaluate cases. Draft and file complaints, motions, and discovery. Conduct legal research and write briefs. Make court appearances as needed. Negotiate settlements and attend meditations. Should have a . degree from an accredited law school and TX Bar License. Should preferably have 1 year of experience.
