Job Title:
Manager - AML/Audit Consulting (Global Banks)

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver assessments and services related to AML/CFT/Sanctions regulatory compliance for banks, broker dealers, and other financial institutions.
- Evaluate the current state of AML/CFT/Sanctions compliance programs, identify deficiencies, enhance controls, and provide advice to strengthen AML/CFT/Sanctions Programs.
- Develop and implement AML policies and controls.
- Conduct independent testing or audits of all aspects of clients' AML/CFT/Sanctions Programs and suggest strategies for governance, monitoring, training, and testing improvements.
- Respond to enforcement actions by developing and executing corrective action plans to ensure compliance programs are sustainable and meet regulatory expectations.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the banking and financial services industries, ensuring high-quality client service that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Manage engagements including planning, execution, workpaper review, report preparation, and final wrap-up, conduct exit meetings, and assist in reporting and risk assessment completion.
- Communicate with clients about the review process, conclusions, and potential process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry regulation changes and enhance personal competency through continuing education and obtaining additional professional certifications.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in AML compliance, legal, or other control-related functions in a national consulting firm or the financial services industry.
- Relevant compliance, AML, or audit certifications required, such as CAMS, CRCM, CIA.
- Significant knowledge and expertise in AML/CFT/Sanctions risks, regulations, and typologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing AML programs.
- Experience with a regulatory body is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication, leadership, analytical, and client service skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to operate with limited supervision, and exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
- High ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Staff management experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced degree (., JD, MBA) preferred.
- Ability to travel.

Salary Information:
- Compensation Range: $101,000 - $203,000.
- Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
