We are a leading legal intake service provider, primarily servicing personal injury law firms. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients by understanding their needs and providing timely and efficient solutions.

As an Overnight Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company by acting as a liaison between our clients and their customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. This is an in-office position, and you will be working overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming client calls and follow detailed scripts
- Fill out intake forms while speaking with clients
- Receive calls electronically and by live transfer
- Maintain a professional and compassionate attitude towards potential clients
- Use active-listening skills to gather client information accurately
- Ask appropriate questions to determine viability of claims
- Communicate effectively with various personalities
- Type accurately and quickly in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Skills and Qualifications:

- Good verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and diction
- Professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
- Active-listening skills to ensure accurate information gathering
- Ability to ask appropriate questions
- Ability to communicate with various personalities and gather pertinent details
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age

Compensation and Benefits:

- Hourly pay of $20 with perfect attendance
- Hourly pay of $18 without perfect attendance
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Training provided, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Employee Stock Ownership
- Full Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits
- Paid Vacation
- Traditional 401K with company matching
- pm-7:00am
- Must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week
- Must be punctual with great attendance
