Litigation Attorney – General Liability – Pennsylvania & New Jersey
**Members Only** is seeking an experienced mid-level Litigation Attorney to join our growing team in either Pennsylvania or New Jersey. This position can also be done remotely for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on defending liability claims.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of general liability matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- Draft pleadings and legal documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Provide strategic legal analysis
- Appear in court as needed
Requirements:

- Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Experience in premises liability, general liability, automobile, and insurance defense
- Strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills
