Job Responsibilities:
The Attorney Support Specialist plays a crucial role within the law firm's Attorney Support team. The primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting a designated group of local attorneys directly and providing global team support with various administrative tasks.
- Managing daily time entries, expense reimbursements, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Editing and managing documents, as well as generating and posting client invoices.
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to devise innovative solutions to problems and requests.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and protection of sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information.
- Working within a global team environment utilizing a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Exhibiting professional communication skills to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm.
- Demonstrating the ability to multitask and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Attorney Support Specialist position should meet the following educational and experience requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. However, a minimum of three (3) years of prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Candidates should possess the initiative to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment with a customer service focus.
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Attorney Support Specialist position is between USD $75, and USD $90, per year. This position also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
