Duties

- Manage environmental enforcement matters and climate disclosure issues.
- Litigate agency challenges under the Administrative Procedure Act and environmental statutes.
Requirements
- Admitted to . Bar or eligible to waive in.
- 2-4 years' experience in environmental law.
- Experience advising energy industry companies preferred.
- Experience with OCSLA and oil and gas activities on public lands and offshore waters is a plus.
